  • comprehensive HR director/manager support, integrated into your business and provided on-site weekly or monthly (with ad-hoc support when required);
  • bespoke project-based consultancy, including strategic reviews of HR functionality, design and implementation of initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance, overhaul of performance review processes and preparation of HR aspects of businesses in readiness for investment/sale.
We made a conscious decision not to offer payroll or HR administrative services. Our value to you lies in our knowledgeable, personable approach to addressing your people issues, such as improving employee engagement and performance, addressing persistent sickness absences, disciplinary and grievance issues, and flexible working requests. Our support to your business is focussed on adding genuine value and nurturing engaged employees who can drive organisational performance whilst enjoying high levels of wellbeing.

Our natural catchment is the Surrey/central London area. Some people issues are best resolved through face-to-face conversations. Based in Weybridge, we specialise in working for clients we can reach quickly and conveniently.

Most clients find a retainer approach works best but our project-based consultancy is better costed on a per-project basis to provide clarity on spend.
