Jennifer's legal career provided excellent insight into the employment relationship, the impact of business leaders on its success, and the direct and indirect business and personal costs incurred when that relationship fails. Jennifer takes real pleasure in supporting organisations with their people issues and has extended this solid knowledge base to provide mentoring services to support executives as they establish and develop their businesses. Jennifer has a first-class Masters degree in Human Resource Management, to include award-winning research into engagement, and is CIPD-qualified
