how we do it.
Our founding director, Jennifer Doyle, is a former employment law solicitor who has been helping businesses with their people issues for over 15 years. She has a solid foundation of knowledge of the legal framework in which workforces operate, has conducted award-winning research into how best to engage employees and uses a well-developed, commercially-aligned expertise to help employers with their people issues.

We provide HR support services to organisations that wish to ​outsource all or some of their HR responsibilities to a trusted, approachable expert. Sometimes there's a specific people-related business issue that requires focus and expertise not readily available inside a client-business. We provide clients with that resource and expertise. Examples include strategic review of, and recommendations for, HR functionality
in a global tech business and complete overhaul of all HR aspects of a London finance house in readiness for an external investment drive.

We  also apply our commercial expertise to offer mentoring services for small business owners and entrepreneurs looking to develop a sustainable income stream. We have direct experience of building a business from scratch, and have worked closely with successful entrepreneurs as they grow and develop their businesses.
